Anup Nathu and his wife Sadhana opened their first Tandoori Palace restaurant in Christchurch in 1980, offering delicious authentic Indian regional cuisine.

The restaurant proved so popular, the couple have since opened a further seven highly successful restaurants throughout New Zealand.
